What do I pay per month afterwards?
The first year of hosting and domain is included. After that, maintenance is €15/month or €150/year (hosting, security, small changes), required while the site is hosted with us; if you prefer to host elsewhere, we hand over the files and the domain. A domain ≈ €15 a year, in your name. Assistant or automations from €15/month if you have them. Ads only if you want, paid to Meta.
Is the website mine?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and, after final payment, the files are yours too. If you ever switch provider, we hand everything over.
What if the assistant gets it wrong?
It only uses the information you give us: services, “from” prices, hours. When it doesn’t know, it says so and passes the customer to your WhatsApp. In the first month we review the answers with you.
Is the campaign really included?
The setup is included with Business Website and Website Pro. The ad budget is yours, paid directly to Meta. We don’t guarantee results: we guarantee a well-built campaign.
Do I need copy and photos?
No. We write the copy with you after a short chat. Photos can be yours or licensed stock images.
Do you work with clients in other countries?
Yes. We work remotely over WhatsApp, email and video calls, so your business can be in any country. Sites in English, Portuguese or both. Payment by bank transfer, with an invoice.
