This policy explains how FINEWEB handles personal data on this website and when you contact us.
What we collect
This website has no forms that store data, uses no advertising or analytics cookies and no third-party tools that track your browsing. Forms only prepare a message and open WhatsApp on your device — nothing is sent to us until you press “send” in WhatsApp. The example enquiry and the calculator run only in your browser and send nothing.
Automated assistant
If you type a question into the assistant, the text is sent to our server (Cloudflare) and to a language-model provider (Replicate, Inc., USA) only to generate the answer. We do not store your questions or link them to you; please do not type personal data into the assistant. Answers are automated.
The only thing stored in your browser is the language you chose (Portuguese or English), so we can show the right version next time.
When you contact us
If you message us on WhatsApp or by email ([email protected]), we process your name, contact details and the conversation to answer your request and prepare a proposal (legal basis: pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, with its own privacy policy.
We keep conversations while the business contact lasts and, if you become a client, for the period required by tax law.
Hosting
The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data (such as IP address) to deliver pages and protect the site.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to processing, by writing to [email protected] or messaging us on WhatsApp +351 933 474 722. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
