Quote requests with photos for a renovation company
A small renovation company that loses evenings to vague enquiries. The setup asks for the job type, photos and measurements before anyone travels to a site visit.
This is a concept built on Ribeiro Remodelações, a demo business we created to show the setup. It is not a client project and there are no client results here. The main flow (request, owner notification, answer) can be tried on the live demo; parts marked optional are built per project.

1. The problem
- Enquiries like "how much for a bathroom?" take several messages before the job is clear.
- Site visits are booked for jobs that were never going to happen.
- Requests come from many channels and nobody tracks which ones got an answer.
2. The client journey
- Finds the company. The homeowner looks for a bathroom, kitchen, painting or roof job and opens the site.
- Describes the job. Job type, location, rough measurements and up to a few photos, in one form.
- Gets a reply. The owner sees the request with the photos and answers with questions, a visit slot or a price range.
- Books the visit. Only jobs with enough detail move on to a site visit.
3. The automation
- Quote form with photosJob type, measurements, photos, contact
- Owner notificationRequest summary on the phone, details one tap away
- Reply to the homeownerQuestions, visit time or a price range
- No answer in timeThe homeowner is told when to expect a reply; the owner gets a reminder
- OptionalLead saved to the CRM or spreadsheet the company uses
4. What the setup does
- The owner sees the job type and size before the first call, with the photos the homeowner added.
- Vague enquiries are filtered by the form itself, so site visits go to real jobs.
- All requests sit in one list with a status, whatever channel they started from.
- The homeowner gets a clear next step instead of silence.
No numbers here on purpose: this is a demo, and results depend on each business. Under your brand, we build the same setup for your client to a written, fixed scope.
