How a project runs

From brief to handover, all in writing

  1. 01Brief

You send a short brief: what the client does, what they need, any deadline.

  2. 02Written scope

We reply with a written scope, timeline and one fixed price. NDA signed before we see client details.

  3. 03Build

50% upfront, then we build under your brand. Two rounds of revisions are included.

  4. 04Handover

The rest is due on approval. Ownership passes to you once the work is paid in full.

How we work

Eight rules we keep on every project

  • In writing

You send a short brief. We reply with a written scope, timeline and price. No calls or video are required; a call is available if you want one.

  • Fixed scope

Each project has one agreed scope and one fixed price. Changes outside the scope are quoted separately before work starts.

  • NDA first

We sign before we see client details.

  • 50% upfront

The rest is due on approval.

  • Two rounds of revisions

    Included in every project.

  • Rights after payment

Ownership of the finished work passes to you once it is paid in full.

  • We do not touch your clients

We never contact your clients, and we do not solicit them.

  • Your brand only

Delivered under your name. We show a project in our portfolio only with your written permission.

FAQ

Questions agencies ask

Do you work with agencies only, or with end clients too?

This page is for agencies. We deliver under your brand and do not contact your clients.

Do I need to get on a call?

No. We work in writing so that scope, timeline and price are documented. If you prefer a call, we can arrange a short one and send written notes afterwards.

How is pricing set?

Per project, as a fixed price agreed in writing before work starts. Send a short brief and we reply with a scope and price.

What happens if I need changes?

Two revision rounds are included. Anything beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start.

Who owns the work, and will you show it in your portfolio?

Rights pass to you after full payment. We only show a project in our portfolio with your written permission.

What about my client's data and confidentiality?

We sign an NDA before seeing client details. If we handle personal data on your client's behalf, we agree a data-processing arrangement in writing first.
